Sarah and Sparky Marquis set out on a mission to find a way in which allergens for sulfites could be eliminated… They came up with this idea..
using nitrogen gas as a natural preservative, will do the trick… in order to restore the young wines back to their full flavor profile - you have to do the Molly Dooker Shake…
