What is NDVI and How do Winemakers, Managers, Owners and Investors use it to evaluate and increase grape\wine quality?

It is the time of year to schedule NDVI flights for planning and management of the coming harvest. I compiled a flyer on what NDVI is and uses for those of you interested in the topic.
