Hi Tom,
Thought I would introduce myself and yes another wine related website. But this one is different! CaliforniaWineryAdvisor.com started 2 years ago by creating detailed profiles of California tasting rooms by personally visiting and cataloging the tasting room experience. We now have over 700 wineries profiled with info, maps etc. This site is for consumers looking to create a wine tasting tour by using our advanced search feature to find wineries by ambiance, amenities, wine types and even tasting fees. Its organized by region and is supported by wineries upgrading their listing (adding video, photos, links, wine club info, wine buying links, events, web cams, recipes etc.) and by banner advertisements. We have just started our upgrade program and have had success with wineries using the upgrade and building their tasting room and online traffic. Check it out and add you own tasting room review! Would like any feedback you may have.
Thanks,
Barrie
Welcome and thanks for joining. I hadn't heard of wine.meetup.com before - interesting concept! I like you co-op idea as well. I wish I could go to the Kick Ranch thing, I don't know most of the wineries, but love Chris Loxton - however I'll be at my birthday party! Of well, next time. Feel free to post your events on our events calendar. It is not only available to members, a link is also sent out in our newsletter - which goes to 100k wine & hospitality industry professionals.

How did the web marketing seminar in SF go? Anything to share about the event?
