Thanks for the note. I have worked with the Hospitality Performance Network placing groups and meetings for a little over 2 years, but I have just added the Event Management and Hospitality Services departments under the umbrella of Direct Hotel Sales due to poular demand, Yeaa!

Actually, I am the busiest I've been in the past 4 years. There appears to be a significant amount of people that have been waiting to buy: first time homebuyers, investors, etc. I also offer financial education - outside of the real estate realm. People are hungry for answers and scared at what they see. Education is a great tool. People need to know that the stock market and home equity are not their only options in trying to build a financial portfolio. Overall, with the exception of gas prices (!), I believe I am weathering this economy well.

Hi Margie! Thank you so much! We are very excited about our concerts this year-- all set in wineries! Most of all we are excited that money raised goes Shriners Hospitals for Children to provide FREE healthcare to kids coping with major injuries and disabilities.
