was a finalist in the 2008 IACP Cookbook Awards.Discover Chocolate
includes a chapter on pairing chocolate and wines and other adult beverages, and I have given pairing lectures and tasting classes to the NYC chapter of Les Dames d'Escoffier and at NYU's School of Continuing and Professional Studies organized with the help of the James Beard Foundation.
