Firstly, I’ll introduce myself. My name is Mariano Stasi. I live in Mendoza (Argentina), one of the finest wine-producing regions in the world.. If you like wine, your feedback is very helpful for a research I'm currently conducting. Let me introduce you an important new project: I´m developing a hotel whose concept is called “Posada Urbana” (Urban Lodge). This townhouse would be dedicated exclusively to wine tourism and wine culture in Mendoza. The hotel would have only 6 rooms, five stars category. The differences with other wine boutique hotels would be its location, in the heart of Mendoza's finest residential area-- just a few blocks away from downtown; and the fact that it´s going to be developed in a historic residence built in 1928 by a famous local architect.
