Nice article Liz!  I would call this very user friendly.  I don't know how many times questions are asked about what brut means and which is drier, thus your details in that area are noteworthy.  The only part that doesn't necessarily jive with me are your "few basic rules" under tasting.  Are they really rules?  I like to think of them as important things to consider in order to have a great tasting experience.  Thanks for sharing and look forward to more of your articles.
