Margie, We are finding some folks are being laid off. In these cases, we are being very flexible and offering to put their membership on hold for 3 months , or ask what they need. Or we ask them if they would like to cut their normal order in half.
The customer is always pleased when we work with them to suit their pocketbook and we get to keep them as customers and as friends! When they are doing better....they return the gratitude and buy again.
