Hi professional servers and managers,

We are two college students looking for industry professionals to help us with our senior project by participating in one of two brief surveys, pertaining to the methods used in-house to better wine sales (i.e. suggestive selling, food and wine pairings, etc.). The results of these surveys will assist us in compiling data which will be used to determine which (if any) techniques are most effective in improving wine sales.
There are two surveys available (which should not take more than 5-10 minutes), one which should be taken by managers in casual to casual-fine dining restaurants, and the other by professional servers in casual to casual-fine dining restaurants.

If you wish to assist us by participating in a survey, please follow the appropriate link below. You may also leave your contact information following the last question in the text box to receive your copy of the results, and thank you very much for your help.

Is anyone looking for original chocolate editorial? I will be traveling to Europe in October for the Salon du Chocolate Professionel in Paris and Eurochocolate in Perugia, with side trips to Barcelona and London. I am looking for PAID (only) writing assignments for summary blogs, daily blogs, or on specific topics related to chocolate and food and wine. Photos included.

For more about me check out TheChocolateLife where you can enter to win chocolate from my trip by making a donation via the ChipIn widget on the home page.

Margie, those enotags look interesting, listened to the video, not sure what their value is beyond the UPC label. If you have any contact with these people you might suggest that they explain the value of them.

Interesting idea: http://www.enotags.com, any wineries, wine writers/bloggers already using them?
