I wanted to introduce myself to the group. I look forward to connecting with you all. I am a experienced special events and customer relations consultant specializing in the area of fine-dining and I am seeking an administrative or assistant catering and event planning position in a convention center, vendor company, small catering business, or hotel. I have extensive experience in training and directing colleagues in POS systems, customer relations, food and beverage, communicating with various levels of management, front and back of the house solutions, inventory, and special event set-up and breakdown. I am proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Power Point, some Excel, Lotus Notes, Adobe Acrobat, WordPerfect, Windows XP, and Internet Explorer 8.
