I have a client who is very interested in being at the forefront of the new wine keg delivery system for service in a wine bar. I have read all I can on the home page of KeyKegs and the NY Times article, but what I am unable to find is what wineries actually bottle that way, or is it incumbent on the end user to bring the keg to the winery to fill?
This is information I need within two weeks. Anyone in the know for this?
