Idea for a new online service for wine industry people

Hello all- I am a software professional running my own software firm and specialize in mobile apps development for iPHone, Android, BlackBerry or Windows Mobile. I am thinking to develop a cloud based online service for wine industry people which can be used from any mobile phone, but not sure what you will find really useful. Please share your ideas if you can think of a service which can make your life easier.

I think Linkedin and Nimble are able to manage my industry connections, so you would need to have unique marketing technique. Lets chat though, would like to hear more on your software firm as we are raising donation for our mobile app for Wineries.
